Attain Housing is a group of positive, high-impact life-changers dedicated to empowering others. We are located in downtown Kirkland and maintain 33 apartment units of transitional housing tucked in among neighborhoods in Kirkland and Bellevue. We have celebrated 30 years of helping homeless families become stable.
Housing Case Managers provide support services for the families living in our housing units under the supervision of the Program Services Manager. The case managers for Attain Housing work as a team to ensure that all families are well supported in their journeys out of homelessness. A commitment to collaboration and support is key to success.
