Terry joined Attain Housing in 1989. He retired from the Boeing Company as an aeronautical/astronautical engineer. He received his MBA from Seattle University. Terry is a vital resource and guidance for Attain Housing.
Toby Nixon is a senior program manager in the Windows group at Microsoft, and chair of the board of directors of Bluetooth Special Interest Group, and a member of the Kirkland city council.
Ken brings a wealth of practical knowledge in real estate development and construction. He has personal experience with multi-family residential, retail, and office construction projects.
After a career in finance, Kathy has focused her time on working with local nonprofits, concentrating on their financial management and currently sits on Attain’s finance committee. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a Masters in Public Administration with a certificate in Nonprofit Management from the University of Washington.
After a rewarding career in the healthcare field, JK has focused her time and energy as a community advocate helping families and children. Her experience expands 18 years with non-profit organizations and school fundraising programs. JK is motivated to help families provide stable housing in our community.
Rob is a native Pacific Northwester. He started playing trombone at the age of 10, and moved on to guitar which kept his passion for music alive, and his music room wall full of guitars.
Rob and his wife love exploring all of the corners of this beautiful region. He comes from a long history in the hospitality industry, having been a general manager at some iconic restaurants. This gave him the focus on the happiness of his guests, and now, his clients.
Rob left hospitality in 2017, received his real estate license, and is now selling real estate with Windermere in Kirkland. As of January 1st, 2024, he accepted the position as Branch Manager, allowing him to support not only his clients, but his office agents and staff as well.
Rob is dedicated to giving back to the community. He has volunteered extensively with Attain Housing and was honored with their Volunteer of the Year award in 2019. He joined the Attain Housing Board of Directors in June of 2023. He currently sits on the Government and Public Affairs Committee with Seattle King County Realtors and is up to date with current trends in the regional real estate market. Rob is the former treasurer for the Juanita Neighborhoods Association. As such, he is dialed into community events and city infrastructure projects which impact our daily lives.
As a board member at Attain Housing, Jesse applies his background in real estate and nonprofit leadership to help families achieve stability and self-sufficiency through transitional housing solutions. His experience in creative marketing, operational management, and multifamily property ownership and management brings a unique perspective to the board, as he works collaboratively to address the challenges faced by those in need in the Kirkland/Eastside community.
